Our assessment process
Enrola takes assessment seriously. The outcome is never a simple yes or no. At the end of the process you receive a full map of the educational journeys realistically open to you, based on your preferences, your grades, your documents, your funding, your history and what you are willing to do to get there.
We do not tell students what they want to hear. We provide a full and comprehensive, fair and honest assessment of where you stand today, what you would need to complete to reach the institution you asked about, and which alternatives we believe would suit you. Where we see a better fit, we will say so. The decision is always yours.
Every student is assigned a personal assessor who stays with them from start to finish. Every student also has a session with one of our enrolment counsellors to decide what fits best: the countries open to you, the institutions that would take you, and exactly what it takes to get there.
Enrolment, visa and landing assistance
Enrola supports you through every stage: enrolment, the student visa file, and settling in once you arrive.
Most of this work is carried out by our own team. Some services require specific licences or legal authorisation, and in those cases we work with qualified providers who hold them. Whichever it is, Enrola remains your representative and stays with you from start to finish.

How your application is handled
From your first call to your written assessment takes about a month. Not because we are slow, but because gathering transcripts, bank records and school documents takes about a month.

Your adviser makes contact
A student adviser goes through your situation in your own language and tells you exactly which documents to gather.
You gather, we file
Transcripts, passport, financial records. You collect, we file your applications, handle the questions that come back, and chase whatever is missing.
Your assessment arrives
A written assessment naming the countries and institutions realistically open to you, where the gaps are, and the reasoning behind all of it.
You choose
Want only one country? Say so. Open to a shortlist? Better. You decide, then we register you and handle the visa file.

Enrola covers the entire student journey: from your first assessment, language tests, language classes, choosing the right program for you, scholarships if available for you, the right educational institute, the right country, the registration process, the visa process and preparation for your interview, to the day you land.

Which countries and which institutions are genuinely open to you, set out in writing with the reasoning.
Language preparation
Most institutions require proof of language before they will accept you. Where you need it, we arrange a recognised course taught in your own language.
Registration
Applications to your shortlist, filed, tracked and chased until you have offers in hand.
Visa support
Once you are accepted, we prepare your student visa file and get you ready for the interview.
What you pay us for
Enrola will only charge you for the job we really do. We charge our students based on a success fee. To assess you properly we invest resources that will benefit your application. If we see at an early stage that there is nothing we can do to help you in your journey, we will refund your assessment fee. Our team works above and beyond to make your application work, screening through programs that will fit you best, and sometimes more than once.
Assessment fee
At the startPaid at the start. Covers a student adviser, an assessor, a month of work and a written shortlist. Refunded in full if there is no route anywhere, credited to your fee if there is.
Registration fee
On acceptancePaid only once an institution has accepted you and you are ready to move on to the visa stage.
Total service fees
Both paymentsThese two are the service fees for the whole journey. Anything else we provide, such as a language course or insurance, is priced separately and quoted to you before you agree to it.
Tuition, government visa charges and living costs are paid by you directly to the institution and the authorities, never through us. The same goes for anything we arrange on your behalf: a language course, insurance, a room. We quote it in writing and introduce you, and you pay the provider directly. The $250 and the $750 are the only money that ever comes to Enrola.
